There's nothing in your link about crowd that were announced at 10k but were actually lower.

There's a part about a crowd being announced at 13k and looked lower.

Forgive me for not caring what some Boston writer's eyes think he sees, I'm sure he scanned the crowd and counted every fan before he started writing his article talking about how his team's rival isn't drawing many fans, I'll trust the official figures, thanks.

Look at the pictures:

No way that there's 10000 people there.

"The Blue Jays have already set the franchise mark for lowest attendance at a game, and they’re setting new marks as the season goes on. With 10,610 paying customers against Chicago this season, the Blue Jays set a historical low, but just five days later, only 10,314 fans bought tickets for a game against the Royals (numbers via The Biz of Baseball). Even when reigning Cy Young Award winner Zack Greinke came to Toronto, the Rogers Center was just 31 percent full (15,577 were in attendance). Still, you figured with the Red Sox in town, a big-time boost was in order. As Monday’s game showed, that wasn’t the case. The attendance was just 13,847, and if you watched on TV, it looked to be much lower."

yeah lets guess at attendance figures from pictures that doesn't even show half the seats not to mention any of the concourse.

Are you honestly arguing about how bad the attendance was with pictures and guesses from Boston reporters when there's official numbers to go by? This might be the worst discussion I've ever seen on HF.

Sure 10k isn't good and they were 11th and 12th out of 14 AL teams there for a couple years but you talk about how way back when they routinely drew less than 10k when officially they haven't done that in a single game in team history
