Honestly I don't think the to would have made a difference considering the total no-show the entire team had for about fifty-five minutes tonight. Clearly what Pete said in the locker room during the first and second intermisssions didn't do ****.

Pete sucks, plain and simple. If his contract is indeed up, why not hire someone else? First Devils coach to miss the playoffs two years in a row since Doug Carpenter in 86 and 87. He also has quite the resume of team records that have been broken under his watch over these last two years.

Yup, this is a 3 man team right now. There's no help from anyone else besides for the occasional Clowe and Zajac goals. They ****ed themselves royally tonight. Its going to take a miracle for this squad to get into the top 8.

It's a DAMN GOOD THING that we are getting the #30 pick no matter what 'cause I would be beyond mad right now. Remember that my desire prior to this was to get to the playoffs to reduce the damage of how high a pick the Devils would lose.

Now that the Devils have a pick at 30(no matter what), I ain't even mad anymore.


If the Devils don't make the playoffs, so be it. We're still getting a first-rounder and that's all that matters to me.


But damn it...on the other hand, a perfect opportunity to gain some BIG TIME ground in the standings with almost everything going perfectly yesterday and they pull this.... *sigh*.....
