Solid guy. Did well in the combine. Good skater, two-way guy. Not flashy but not much weakness either. Interesting to see if he can bring some upside to his game as he develops.

Fletcher sure seems to like USNTDP players. Not that I'm complaining about it mind you.

Announcers were complimentary of his game last night. Said he was the most solid of the Michigan defenders, though that might be damning him with faint praise.

I've spoken highly of his game in the past - he's calm, makes good pinches, had excellent strength for a freshman. But he didn't look good in the (couple of) games I watched this season. But the team is half a dozen NHL talents weaker too.
