Only noteworthy hockey player to ever come out of my high school was Karyn Bye, who was the leading goal scorer for Team USA during the first women's Olympics when they won Gold. She grew up on my street, and I was always jealous that she had a legit outdoor rink with boards in her yard.

I've always thought of Alma Mater meaning university...

Nobody from my high school (Osseo).

I looked up the definition before commenting.

In my past experiences, usually when people ask your Alma Mater, they're referring to college.

I live in Enfield, CT....Craig Janney is from here...and Robbie Baillargeon was drafted last year by Ottawa..so I am following him..hopefully he makes the NHL!
