Didn't he willingly sign an NDA to get his full payroll upon leaving? I'm still amazed he got hired in the first place - talk about someone who has no track record of building a franchise being in a position to do so and then fumbling away the initial hire at GM. Loved Pat as a Sabre, but his presence, hiring of Murray and departure are all stains on his legacy.
