Here is the top of the leaderboard for Stars of the Week which started being awarded in 2006-2007.
Some observations:
-Alex Ovechkin and Sidney Crosby are tied at the top. Ovechkin has more 1st Stars though.
-Connor McDavid is already in 3rd! Will he take the top spot some day?
-Brad Marchand cracks the list but Patrice Bergeron and David Pastrnak do not.
-Martin Brodeur makes the list even though it excludes a big chunk of his career. Pretty cool.
-Brian Elliott and Mike Smith had their moments but stick out compared to the rest of the names.
-The list is all forwards and goalies without a single defenseman.
