No, but I think I've seen average games played per draft position.

What good is points per game anyway? Picking goalies you don't expect points, yet you might still get very good value.

The Eliteprospects.com draft pages have NHL career games played and total points, with which you could easily compute points per game. Easily copied and pasted into Excel.

Edit: If you're asking for average career PPG by draft position, as in the average career PPG of all individuals drafted Xth overall, no I do not. However, with some leg work you could accomplish this with the above source.
