Hart - Someone of Kane, Teows
Vezina - There can only be one; King Henrik
Calder - Hubedidoo
Norris - Letang (that piece of ****!)
Selke - Fedorov or Zetterberg
Adams - Joel Quenneville for playing the best and most entertaining hockey in the league. Chicago will win the cup so i guess he should be in the talks.

Hart : Crosby (should be every year, his "value" is off the charts)
Vezina : Bobrovsky, Niemi a close 2
Calder : Brodin
Norris : Suter
Selke : Bergeron
Adams : MacLean, impressive job considering losing Spezza and Karlsson.

Hart: Patrick Kane
Vezina: Sergei BOBROVSKY
Calder: Brandon Saad (should have been Brodin nominated over Gallagher, welp)
Norris: Kris Letang
Selke: Patrice Bergeron
Adams: Paul MacLean - it might be unanimous

yea, i'd like to change my Adams to Maclean too

It should be unanimous. Though Quenneville will get A LOT of votes, MacLean dealt with losing half of his lineup and elite players and still made the playoffs.

Plus you know, husky, doppelganger, walrus, etc.

Plan on doing an article on this after the season, but off the top of my head:

Hart : Datsyuk. As much as I hate him, it's hard to argue that anyone is more valuable to any team than him.

Vezina : Niemi

Calder : Huberdeau, that Florida team would have been a mess without him.

Norris : Ehrhoff, slam dunk absolutely no contest. I might consider Letang, and then I wouldn't even think about anyone else.

Selke : Goc. There is some strange school of thought this has to go to a name that is solid offensively as well. I like Goc, so give it to him.

Adams : Maclean

I change Calder to Brodin, Norris to Suter, Selke to Bergeron.... Agreed on the others. Maclean is the biggest no brainer for any award on the list IMO.

There's this team on Long Island...

Hart: Tavares
Norris: Suter
Calder: Brodin
Selke: Backes, although Toews is actually the best defensive forward on his team this year.
Adams: MacLean

Hart : Tavares, Islanders wouldn't be in the playoffs without him. Penguins had a 20 game win streak with Crosby on IR

Vezina : Bobrovsky, best goalie performance of the short season

Calder : Yakupov, great season and most of his points where with him playing 3rd line. Huberdeau would be a fine choice as well. Brodin was phenominal but was paired with a Norris candidate.

Norris : Suter, actually played accordingly with his salary. Every situation, no sheltered minutes and excelled

Selke : Czikas, if this Pens series is indicative of his season, otherwise Komarov- a little more physical in role, highly effective and essential to the Leafs success

Adams : Walrus. Made the playoffs with the Binghampton roster

The only ones I'm even mildly passionate about are Bobrovsky and MacLean to win Vezina and Adams, and Letang to not win the Norris because I hate his haircut (all other arguments / awards based on hockey merits, however).

As for Hart, that's a tough one, I get the Crosby argument, but I like to favor what a player meant to his team that season. Caps effin sucked when Ovy slumped, and when he's on, so they go too. The Tavares, Toews and Kane arguments are good too. I guess I'd go with Tavares as they are not as deep as other teams.

Would have? I don't mind the Huberdeau pick at all, but that statement is pretty funny.

Hart - Tavares (Easily the reason the Isles made the playoffs)
Vezina - Bobrovsky
Calder- Huberdeau (Gallagher a close second although I pick Huberdeau because he is a few years younger)
Norris - Letang (just over Subban)
Selke - Bergeron
Adams-
