NHL 20 Open Beta (July 26th-July 31st)

I, for the first time, don’t care at all. 2018 already had its issues. Locking progression behind RNG, making the online gameplay even more random (quit Online VS because half the time I cannot control the player I need, got cheesed in EASHL more than ever) and the horrific menus. Game was terrible, I had even less fun in 19 than 15, which had no f***ing game modes.

Didn't even bother with the Beta, won't get this game until free on EA Access. Might check it out with the trial at some point but this game has been losing my interest.

The real question is - can you sim through seasons without it taking 16 hours in Be a GM mode yet?

they were complete IDIOTS to even bother releasing a demo that was a 2 month old build.

If you're going to release a beta you have to have a vertical slice to fork off at some point, 2 months doesn't seem unreasonable to me.
And TBH games made by big studios like this don't really change a lot this late into production anyway. I'd be surprised if the release version was all that much different.
