Hey. So I literally had absolutely nothing to do at work so I made this... When you compare the ratings of the players with each other, the ratings don't seem to be as bad.. Overalls are meaningless without knowing individual attributes or their weights. Less than a week before we can break that down and figure out why players have the overall ratings they have.

This. At a glance, it may appear some players are off, but the individual attributes might look fine. In fact, the same was true in NHL12. I'll wait to pass judgement until I actually see how the players' skills are rated.

don't get the other Flames fan complaining that Iginla is too low, he really isn't. He' older now, so he won't get any better, and his defensive abilities, and skating/fitness arent really that good. So his offensive statswill still be really high, it's acually a pretty accurate rating

His rating doesn't bother most, what bothers most people is that guys like gagne and roy a higher rated than iginla

The fact that Datsyuk is as good as Crosby is still a joke.

I could make alsmost every player on that list either green or red, but the biggest headscratchers for me that should be several numbers higher to me are:

Michael Ryder
Patrik Elias
Nicklas Backstrom
Teemu Selanne
Andy McDonald
Ray Whitney

Got too lazy to go through all defensemen and goalies.
