NFL: NFL to play in Munich and Frankfort twice apiece from 2022-2025

Former hotbed of NFL Europe getting some love.



Note that the Munich game will be in addition to three London games and a Mexico City game next season.

Teams not yet announced, but probably a safe bet that they'll include one or more of the previously announced international home marketing teams for Germany: Carolina, Kansas City, New England, and Tampa Bay.



Probably only a matter of time before games are played in the other countries listed as well.

It lost a lot of money. The owners pulled the plug after growth the NFL hoped for never materialized.
