There are now zero teams that don't have a guy that you could see starting for them next year. Calgary and Winnipeg being the two most likely to not go in their current direction. Miller, Hiller, and Reimer out there. Moving Ward is going to be tough.
I see the quantification you're putting on these teams, but there are still SIGNIFICANT opportunities for upgrades for several teams. You've gotten two of the main ones in Calgary and Winnipeg. I list a couple of my own, here, merely as teams that you'd think might not be COMPLETELY set at goaltender for next year:
Buffalo
Edmonton
SJ (yeah, I said it, and a lot in SJ are thinking it too)
Minnesota (Bryz did play well, but...)
Toronto (someone to at least take some pressure off Bernier, if not be the starter in a ~50-30 split)
Washington (Holtby's the ONLY NHL goaltender under contract, and many aren't even comfortable with him as a starter)
Vancouver
Philly
Now a lot of those teams won't do anything, I'm just listing them as potential places for a change. Either way, it's not the best goalie market, maybe one of the worst, but not completely non-existent.
