    Hi,

I am looking for undrafted players who made the NHL this season and who are looking to stick.

this is for SIM league purposes, there are usually unknown players who are good pick ups in this kind of situation, a perfect example of this is Ryan Wilson with Colorado 2 years ago.

A good example this year is Raphael Diaz who seems like a good pick up by the habs.

Does anyone know of any others ?

Matt Read is a pretty good pickup for the Flyers, I'd say he could potentially be a Calder Trophy candidate this year.

Harry Zolnierczyk scored in his only game for the Flyers but has since been returned to the minors, slim pickings after Read and Diaz.

This is a tough one this season.

In year's past we've had some strong European undrafted guys getting shots like Ville Leino, Janne Pesonen, Mats Zuccarello-Aasen, Linus Klasen, etc.

    This year,

Andy Miele is undrafted, 5'8", won the hobey baker award last year in the NCAAs and was signed by Phoenix. He's currently tearing up the AHL. Might be a good fit.

Marcel Mueller from germany is playing well for Toronto's Marlies, though he has to be behind Colborne at this point.

If you can go after guys that will be signed next year and stash them away, I would look at:

    Roman Cervenka (KHL)
    Artemiy Panarin (KHL)
    Mike Iggulden (SEL)
