48 hours ago I was dubious the club was going to be taken over.
24 hours ago I was dubious the sheikh purportedly taking over the club had enough money to meet the asking price.
Now I'm not convinced the bloke is a sheikh at all. Or that his assets extend far enough to cover the purchase of a box of breakfast cereal.
Give me another day and I may finally reach the point where I convince myself that pretty much everything that has occurred at NUFC since Alan Shearer retired was merely a bad dream brought about by eating too much cheese. Then I may live out my life in peace.
