New type of GM game

[EP to Kuzmenko]

I propose a new type of game for in between TDL and the offseason. We take the standings as of the start of a game and determine standings/playoffs from that. We then figure out the champions from there(voting most likely). Then we sim a draft and offseason. After that we vote for standings and the 2020 playoffs. The two winners will be the Stanley Cup Champion for the contenders, and then we will vote for the best future of the rebuilders for the other winner.

Anyone interested in a game like this? NMC and NTC will require players to waive, but other rules would remain the same from other games.

We are just simming the rest of the season. For the draft, if people want to draft outside the 1st round we can, but I think the first 2 rounds should be all. Not a lot of people know much outside the 1st round other than Mackenzie/Pronman lists.

I guess I could have worded that better, not easy to type things up on a cell and get everything across.
