In recently reading the OHL has adjusted rules for the 2022-2023 season. These changes are as follows.

1. No change icing - if a team ices the puck under any situation the blue-line will no longer effect icing and whether or not you can change.

2. All major penalties are subject to automatic video review.

3. 3 on 3 overtime will result in long changes similar to the 2nd period.

4. All Goals are automatically reviewed with the exception to goalie interference challenges.

5. On-ice officials can automatically review goalie interference plays.

6. Teams will no longer have the ability to call a timeout if the use their coaches challenge as well as the reverse situation if you use your timeout.

This will make it interesting for teams this season as they are very much adapting to the NHL rules more and more now.

This will make the coaches of the OHL to be more strategic in how they use these options now. What do posters think of these changes?

Do they like them?, Do they hate them? Or is this just the natural progression that the CHL was inevitable to accept to get these kids to follow in line with what the NHL is doing?

What do posters think?
