Pouliot is indeed not a top six forward on most teams but on this team I think he is effective on the boards and retrieving the puck.

Is Pou back tonight? I would give Roy a try on the second line, maybe with Hall/Purcell or Hall/Yak. They should reunite 2/3 of the wagon too, since it was basically the only line that consistently did its job. See how the new winger does with Gordo and Hendo. Give Lander another look as well, I guess.

Yes.

Putting him on the 4th is just silly.

Before he was hurt he was playing decent hockey with RNH and Ebs. I'd put him back there and move Hall again.

Softest top 6 in the league, but I'm still curious to see Yak with some proven (though perhaps over the hill?) NHL top 6 talent.

Also I won't be massively surprised to see Roy look decent here. He's going to get a key role in the offence, and not just a complementary piece as he was in Van, St.L, and Nash.

It's depressing, but he's the highest end (well at his peak) centre that we've seen around this organization in nearly 15 years...

True. Draisaitl should be send to WHL.

Lander needs to get a proper shot, imo.
