Honestly, I want to keep Ruff here for the simple fact that I don't want to hear the "system" excuses for the next 2+ years.

Initially it will be a year of getting used to the new system
Then next year it will be that they don't have the right players for the system
Then they will draft for the system
Then they will realize that it really wasn't a good system and they need to go with another new coach

...rebuild after rebuild after rebuild

Just let him fail over and over again until we pull a McDavid out of the draft somehow and then, when we have a top 10 all time player, you can fire him. That's how they are going to have to do it.
