MMMMMM..... I'm thinking the opposite now....

I thought for sure Vanecek would get the start tonight and if he didn't BOMB (which is what Blackwood did last game) he'd be in for opening night.

Looks like @Hockey Sports Fan was right. The staff/organization are more interested in not messing with his confidence (I don't know what confidence he actually has at this point) and not making him the backup before opening night.
