My wife has just started up with a Roller Derby team here in Denver. We are trying to track down some skating drills for the team. If anyone knows of any sites or books or whatever or has a drill they would like to pass on, we would greatly appreciate it. These girls are pretty advanced for Roller Derby and their skating is well above most other teams. We just want to try to change the practices up a bit and try to find a few new things to work on. Thanks very much for any help you can offer!
