Hi,

I´m looking for some new gloves for recreational hockey. I played inline hockey in summer but for ice hockey I´d like to have some new gloves. My current ones are SBK DK5.

I found 2 different pairs on discount and would like to know which one should I choose. (The best bang for the buck out of the 2...)

1st pair: CCM HG U+06
2nd pair: EASTON S5

It would be helpful too if anybody could tell me the Major differencies of them (if there are...)

Thank you,

Robert

The U+06s are roomier in the backhand and cuff while the S5s are tighter throughout. Depends on what kind of fit you want.

I've been wearing S5's for the past few years. They are ok, but the finger protection could be better. I broke my pinky from blocking a relatively weak backhander, just hit in the right spot to do the damage.
