neck guards a plenty

DUB in arena watchers , are you seeing neck guards on the ice few times per game? Each game at least once I've noticed. 2-3 times not uncommon. No calls yet. Has there been directive like helmets, pops off , player HAS to go off? Once in a blue moon you'd get a mouth guard call.
