Very true. Parity is the name of the game in college hockey nowadays

Congrats to the UMD Bulldogs. The NCHC prevails once again. That’s 3 in a row with DU last year and UND in 16’.

Even thought the score was close it didn't seem that close on the ice. Notre Dame hardly posed a threat in the offensive zone. Good job by the UMD defence.

The number of NHL players coming from the college ranks has increased quite a bit over the years. Far cry from 20-25 years ago.
