At quick glance, he seems like a pretty good skater, strong on his skates and good hockey sense / work ethic.

Might pan out as a bottom 6 guy with good leadership? Low risk signing with the contract being only 1 year.

We had to make sure to have a contract spot fot Lucas. Now that it’s done everything is fine.
