BU took some bad penalties late in the second and Minnesota took advantage.

Excellent venue and a great game atmosphere.

For what it's worth, had a great time in Tampa despite B.U.'s loss to the Gophers. What an ending on Saturday, of course. Folks brought up the Bruins a lot, and, being in Tampa and hanging out at Hattricks bar(walls full of TBL jerseys), I would bring up the 2019 Lightning. It's the hockey playoffs, after all, I'm a worrywart.

Utica isn't far behind
Still have a few D2 Schools trying to figure out what comes next for them
And we have the 3 mysterious Schools that just completed their feasibility study
My guess, Navy,Tennessee and Arizona

@Saxon Eric Do you know what happens to players who enter the portal but don't get a transfer? I assume they can't/don't go back to the school they want to leave. Am I totally off base in thinking "that's it, it's over" for these kids?
Not necessarily, in some cases the Coach will be open to the player returning, it's usually agreed to prior to entering the portal, could be the kid seeking more playing time elsewhere and the coach wanting him to stay and see it through, once the portal options dry up he's back
In other cases they drop down to D3 or change schools and play club
For some it's the end of the road

Much obliged! There are still a TON of kids in the portal, and I was worried they'd all made horrible decisions.

The 5th year is the cause in probably 50% of portal entries
Fair point, and I hadn't checked what percentage still in the portal are seniors looking for a fifth year, but upon review, it looks like that's also about 50% of who's left.

UMass lost more transfers than I would have expected. Reading Carvel's post season comments, seems like maybe more of the underclassmen are mutual partings...
