Understand I am using a criteria when selecting these guys, so you will not see the same rehashed names you hear non stop in articles because that is just boring and an echo chamber of writers copying what someone else has already said (not trying to offend, just saying).

Ok here is the rules I used while choosing players:

1. Must have a contract of 1.1 million or less
2. Must have time left on contract after the year ends.
3. Must not have a No Trade or No Move Clause.
4. Must not average more than 14:30 TOI currently.
5. Must not be on IR.

In no order:
Tye Kartye (Seattle)
Paul Cotter (Vegas)
Michael Eyssimont (Tampa)
Matt Knies (Toronto)
Nils Hoglander (Vancouver)

Honorable Mention (They break Rule 2 but are RFA at years end)
Connor Dewar (Minnesota)
Simon Holmstrom (Islanders)

Understand none of these players are top 6 players (currently) but are well suited for bottom six roles and would be great additions to the team, because bottom 6 guys win you championships IMO.

Your top 5 are all basically guaranteed not to be moving during the season. Almost all those teams are competing and knows the value of them. But I agree that adding one or two of those names during the summer would go a long way.
