He had injuries

Hes still all heart and versatile but he will not be more than a fine role player on a decent team.

Last year he had opportunities he will never have again but theres still a role for him on team

No doubt but he’d still help laval a lot if he can’t crack the big roster

I think only way he has future in NHL if his game morphs into defensive guru

Injuries mostly and yeah less opportunities when in the lineup. He's a good forechecker with some skill but hard to see him getting a consistent look anywhere above the 4th line on the Habs at this point
