I'm sorry, let me spell this out.

The thread is about the best players not having their name on the cup. Nothing about who has the most goals.

In my eyes, which is only an opinion. Richard Martin was a better player than Dino Ciccarelli. He just didn't last long enough.

He was a first team all-star twice and a second team all-star twice and 7 consecutive all-star games.

Dino has 4 all-star games. Never made the 1st or 2nd all-star team.

When it comes to exposing himself or clubbing people over the head, Dino is way ahead of Martin or even most people in these categories. Hockey skills, sorry.
