Most Pressurized Environment - #6 Run-off

I checked a few hours ago, and three choices had 30 votes. Checking now, one choice has 31 and the other two have 30. It's too close to not do a run-off. Three choices. The poll will close after one day. Most votes wins.

1-32, which environments surrounding the 32 franchises are the most pressurized. That can mean fans, ownership, media, prior history, location, players or anything you take the pressure of a hockey environment to mean.
