it would be interesting to create 2 polls like this with one being allowed only to European voters and the other only to North American voters.
I'm almost sure Ovechkin would be very high placed in the one allowed to NA voters but pretty low in the one allowed to European voters.

Why would OV be lower? Peak OV could dangle with the best of them, his highlight reel is as good as anyone. On top of that he was an explosive skater and threw out crushing hits. He was the best of both worlds, NA and Europe. I see you mention Datsyuk and Jagr. Maybe they had better hands, but nowhere near as explosive, fast or physical. I know you don't like him but come on now.
