5/6 drafted by the Pens. Replace Dumoulin with Maatta or Bortuzzo and it is a clean sweep. Anyone had 6?

Michalek was originally signed by Minnesota as a undrafted FA, but was then traded very early in his career to the Coyotes, so he was almost completely a product of our development too.

Now if only we could develop and scout forwards as well as we do defensemen...

This isn't really all that uncommon. Off the top of my head teams I think that have gone 6 for 6 this year are Detroit, Nashville, and Ottawa was mentioned earlier in the thread.
