Plek's injury might be a blessing in disguise if we get the EGG line re-united.

Hope they have a great game!

Wow, people are so obsessed about clinching it seems unhealthy to me.

If the team is #6-10 in a close race, fine, you look at these clinching scenarios of course. But now? #8 in the East is projected to be 90 points and we're already above that.

Chill out, we are in playoffs heaven, we just don't know it yet.

JINX POST

Seriously tho, I prefer to not take it easy before we actually clinch. It's silly for sure, but it's still valid.

the subban trollface is too much. The humor (for us) is in any succesfully feigned sincerity that we believe ourselves to actually be canada's team. Over the top troll face just turns it into comedy-sitcom-on-ABC level humor.

The Habs will mostly be the only Canadian team in the playoffs, so if the fans from Toronto, Ottawa, Winnipeg. Edmonton, Calgary, and Vancouver don't root for the Habs in the playoffs they'll have nothing at all. Perhaps the Leafs fans will be bitter enough to feel that way but there's hope for some of the others. If the shoe were on the other foot I'd support any of the non-Ontario teams.

Should be like a home game for the Habs tonight.
Are we better on the road ?
I'm thinking our mind-set has changed from getting in to getting home ice advantage.
We should see a focused team. Particularly after our brain farts on Thursday.
The Habs need to keep teams down once they've got them beat.
Like a good PO team should.
Only way a smaller team can survive the grind close out quickly.
Have a huge game tonight bank the points...
