Didn't have time to prepare a decent GDT due to school stuff. Go habs go!

BTW, I'm 2-0 so far this season with my GDT's :sarcasm:

It's cool to see such a even contribution from all our team. I think it's the way teams will have success , and not by having a couple of stars and mediocre players filling the roster.

Some inspirational videos

With the addition of Radulov, Weber, Shaw and Sergachev, the intensity of this rivalry has gone up a notch or two, more than they suppose if they, the Bruins, are intending to play a rough style of hockey.

History it has always been a great rivalry. Who will carry its torch? Looking at the rosters there is not a lot there to carry on this rivalry it seems.

Holy f**k! I didn't realize Marchand had 9pts.

He is looking more and more like a world class player.. I think his best is yet to come, this year may be huge for him. Top five in NHL probably.

Just a heads up: the game is on TVA Sports, not RDS for the French broadcast. In other words, I'm watching it in English tomorrow.

MOD from the Bruins boarding checking in.

Any of you coming down tomorrow drive safe and be advised that hotels are jammed because of the Head of the Charles Regatta.

This is a game the Bruins desperately need to win as the team has not beaten Montreal in the regular season at TD Garden in almost 5 years. We don't want to even talk about the game in Foxborough last Jan 1.

BOSTON vs MONTREAL, LIFETIME SERIES

- The Bruins and Canadiens are meeting for an NHL record 735th time in their franchise histories with the Bruins having a 273-349-103-9 record and Montreal holding a 2,225-1,934 scoring advantage in those games.

- The Bruins are 165-140-56-6 in their 367 home games of this lifetime series with a 1,070-1,000 scoring edge in those contests.

- The Bruins are 2-7-1 in their last 10 games vs. the Canadiens with both wins coming in Montreal last season, and they are 3-11-2 in their last 16 games vs. the Canadiens … They are winless in their last 8 home games of this lifetime series at 0-6-2 with their last win over the Canadiens in Boston a 2-1 victory on Jan. 12, 2012.

- Fun Fact: The 735 regular season games between Boston and Montreal are the most vs. any 2 rivals in NHL history (Chicago-Detroit, 731) … The Bruins and Canadiens are the only 2 franchises with 3,000+ lifetime victories and Boston is now 33 goals shy of joining the Canadiens in the 20,000 lifetime goals scored club.

If you are going to the game and the Bruins offer you a seat upgrade - politely decline the offer

Hoping for a good game. I love your city and looking forward to my next meal at Schwartz's.

RDS and NESN put together this video 10 years ago. It is the best rivalry in hockey.

Yeah, I felt dirty cheering for him in the World Championships and World Cup but he is a great player. With Bergeron back now, things can only look up. They need a lot of help on that blue line though.

Fenway's post says bruins last beat Montreal in Boston in January 2012. I actually think I remember that game, because I seem to recall that the habs won the defensive zone draw, and the puck just dribbled into the net lol..it was the GWG as well if I remember correctly.

Looking forward to Weber vs. Backes
Both have been longtime rivals in the Central, now they're taking that onwards to the Atlantic. Same faces, new places, should be a fun one.

Its always fun to play the Bruins, I just miss Lucic being there.

And after the World Cup I don't hate the weasel Marchand as much anymore - that should last about 2 minutes and I'll be praying for Shea to put him through the boards and into the 2nd row

is Price expected to play? I would assume so, but you just never know after having that horrendous flu and having played the other day
