The thing is you need to be very active. We all check in daily multiple times and talk in the chatroom on fantrax. We like to trade alot. I am getting custom logos done for our made up teams and I'm going to buy a trophy each year for the winner. I might throw in $50 to the winner too depending on how active everyone stays.

There's no salary cap BTW.
