info for another project stored here temporarily:

select Milan Hejduk, the Rocket Richard trophy-winning right winger two years after he was the NHL playoff leader in assists (with 16) and team co-leader (with Sakic) in ice time for Avs forwards in their 2001 Stanley Cup championship postseason. Three years before that he came onto the NHL's radar when the young Hejduk isolated an opponent by the net that allowed his Czech countryman to score the winning goal in the 1998 Olympics in Nagano. He made the NHL all-rookie team the following year and went on to be four times top-10 in NHL goals, to play 1000+ games for Colorado, to score 800+ points, and have his jersey retired by the franchise.

A winger with clever evasive skills and an accurate shot,... he could assert himself mainly through his agility and his clever play.
