Of the things that won't change in my lineup up the Metropolitans have a massive advantage in goal and behind the bench. Also I think at best the Iron City HC D corps is on par with the Metropolitans...at best. Both have longevity concerns and I'm a little nicer to current players than some. Traub is certainly overmatached on a top pairing.

Also based on VsX style fudge made by Seventies I have two wingers better than your stronger offensive winger.
Nikolai Drozdetsky 73.8 67.9
Art Gagne 73.0 65.3
Jamie Benn 58.6 74.4

With my new forward line up

My top line is geared to allow Jordan and Drozdetsky to run wild offensively MacMillan is there to babysit and let those two tear apart the opposing defenses

Second line is soft shut down/two way line capable of playing in their own zone but still able to drive the play offensively

Third line, physical two way line capable of scoring and playing physically

Fourth line, will grind you into dust

I also said that Gagne and Drozdetsky are likely inflated, I haven't made the appropriate adjustments to their leagues yet.
