Was outstanding as a 16 year old, named to the leadership group of Oshawa as a 17yr old. Played Team White Canada U17. Invited to U18 Team Canada camp. Had a down turn season in his D+1season. With no 4th year season does he get drafted or maybe an ATO to summer camps. Is it better to draft a D+2 with some known history or go with an unproven unseen 2003

Pretty random prospect. Looks like an average O Dman. What am i missing?
He might of been , as you say ' outstanding as a 16 year old' but you hopefully understand that development isn't always linear.
