He's a terrible coach now. His system would only further throttle ES scoring.


NYR instantly became a better team once he was gone and AV took over. Torts took AV's team and wrecked it.

I know, me and my buddy were talking a few weeks ago hoping they brought those back for full time wear, just like bring the mighty ducks jersey back, bringing back our black jersey, and buffalo bringing back their black and silver jersey

The McDavid hype is insane on this board. He's a great prospect & likely will be a great player but people go over board when trying to assess his worth. I guess the problem is they think he's shoe-in to match what Crosby has done but I still wouldn't take that bet personally.

I really don't understand the McDavid hype. Lindros was a better prospect (as far as i know) but he even proved that you shouldn't be putting all your money down on black (so to speak).

McDavid could be really good. But Buffalo is at a point so low that he wouldn't have a supporting cast, and without that he won't get anything done. It's not the NBA where one player can make you instant contenders. And Edmonton? All they do is ruin young talent. They're the league's meat grinder, where draft picks get ground up and the only hope is that they get sold afterwards so another team can make them into delicious tacos and burgers.

Watching the Hawks game. Just from watching Kimmo, you wouldn't be able to tell he hasn't played in 8 months or however long it was. He's unbelievable.
