Ugh I won't be able to watch all of the Stars/Preds game because I have to go into work at 7. At least it's a paid road trip with a friend but still That's TOO DAMN EARLY.

Marchand is listed at 5'9 181, I don't believe it for a second, far too strong to be that light.

Boston does have a couple small D-men in Krug (5'9 186) and Grzelyck (5'9 174) but you can get away with that when the Jolly Gold Giant (Chara) stands 6'9 250. Carlo (6'5 212), MacAvoy (6'0 208), Moore (6'2 210) fill out that group.

I think the difference may just come down to Rask, who has had one bad playoff in six trips (last year), he actually has a higher S% in the playoffs than in the regular season over his career. He had some Leafs muttering today.

Toronto isn't really a small team, I think like Winnipeg, they're used to skating past people and don't use their size effectively.
The only small guys are Andres Johnsson (5'10 181) and Tyler Ennis (5'9 161).
Marner is slim, but not a smurf.
Imagine if Matthews played with an edge, with his size and speed he'd be scary.

Watching the Vegas game, I am envious of.... both teams.

One team has Burns and Karlsson on defense, the other has Pacioretty-Stastny-Stone on offense. I'd "kill" to land such players
