Duchene wins it
Must feel good for him to win a playoff series in Denver against Colorado in OT after the shit he got since leaving them.
He's always been one of my favorite players. Would love to see him win a Stanley Cup.

Third time he’s scored a goal in double overtime
That seems like that hasn’t happened a lot

Dallas fills out it's depth with highly skilled players that maybe aren't in their primes anymore like Pavelski, Duchene, Dadonov, Suter etc. The Flyers do it with Laughton, Hathaway, Deslauriers, Staal, etc.

Food for thought.
The Flyers also think those players are similar to what Dallas has.

The AAV of those four Dallas players was $16.65m in 23-24.

The AAV of those four Philly players was $8.225m

One of the last real Cup runs this team had prior to 2011 was in 03-04, (they would have won the cup had they beaten Tampa) was when Philly had past their primes yet still great players like Amonte, Zhamnov, Roenick, etc filling out their ranks. Coincidence?
