1. Koivu

He's got the captaincy, over 1000 games played eith them, all over the team's record book (as of now). The easiest pick.

2. Marian Gaborik (soon to be Kaprizov)

Team career goal records. Most electric player of the franchise's early days.

I think Kaprizov will succeed him convincingly very soon, but I still give the edge to Gaborik for being there in the early days.

3. Nicklas Backstrom

You ask me about a Wil, and he pops in my head. Maybe I'm just biased for goalies.

4. Jared Spurgeon

Suter was excellent, but Spurgeons is a Wild for life (as of today). He'll probably end up with the most points as a Wild's defenseman, already most goals, most games, etc.

I didn’t put Kaprizov on it but he will be eventually. I think Koivu/Gaborik/Parise/Suter are the most franchise defining players. Kalrizov obviously will be the franchise defining player if he stays long enough
