This draft will be run very much like dong's draft game was run.
NHL entry draft years 2008, 2009, 2010. Only players drafted in those years will be eligible.
These will be considered the official list of drafted players:

The draft will be 23 rounds long, as official NHL roster limit is 23 players.
I'd like to run the official draft clock at 5 pm central time weekdays, 10pm central time weekends. The Draft Clock will end at 11:59pm central every night.
-Each Team will get 30 minutes for each pick
-After making your pick PM the next GM
-If you miss your pick then you will be skipped
-If you have been skipped you can make up the pick anytime
-If you're "next up" in the draft you may make your pick at any time. Picks will only be skipped when the draft clock is officially running.
There will be 10 teams participating in the draft. First come, first served, but preference will be given to those GM's that just participated in dong's draft game. So actually 9 people can sign up (hey I want a team too!)
It will be a snake draft, with order being random, as set by http://www.random.org/lists/
There will be no "BPA" list. If you are not able to make your pick, you may either send a list to me, or you will be skipped. DO NOT ASK FOR BPA. BPA is subject to too much opinion and would be controversial at best.
I'd like to have the teams be any hockey team you want. We wont be able to use the :--- system, you'll have to post the URL for the team logo (unless you of course choose an NHL team). If you wish a different team/logo, I'd suggest http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/logos/logoleague.html as the best source of logos that can be embedded (a number of site do not allow embedding of logos).

dong's game was great fun, and had great participation by GM's. I'd like to see that continue...

... I don't know as much about these drafts since I didn't follow prospects much then so it will be a learning experience for me.
