Not really. Probably Kunin, Greenway, Donato, Soucy, etc. Not guys we want to lose, but they're all replaceable internally.
i Feel like Kunin would be a bad loss...

Career high of 25 points before this year. And you're cool with giving him term and basically the highest point of his value in cap. Just an awful over pay especially with the flat cap.

How do you figure it's an overpay? He's already making $4.2 million per now. For what he brings a $1.8 million raise is about right.
He doesn't play PP though. ~20 pts at ES is solid production.
He has never been relied upon to produce points but rather his defensive ability which he is one of the best in the game at.
It’s a fair contract for what he brings.
Sad day for this Habs fan.
Because he just hit a career high of 28 (33 if you want to pace it) and is being paid top pairing D minutes.
Guarantee this contract looks awful in two years.
Guarantee this contract looks awful in two years. Classic Vlasic.
Sure. Solid production. He just got top pairing D money and term.

Yeah maybe. I'd prefer to keep Kunin if we can, but overall it's not going to be the end of the world if he's the guy. Plus you never know how all this looks by June; maybe Greenway puts up 60 points or something stupid.I would throw a 3rd to Seattle for them to take Greenway
