Something we have done in the past. Saw some other boards doing this and was wondering what better time to do it then right around mid-season (ASG). Hopefully we can compare now to later in the season and see if anything changed.
Essentially everyone can post once within 12 hours. We used to do 1 new thread each day but instead lets just allow people to post once every 12 hours.
So what you do is we have every single player on the roster. Every player begins with 10 points. Ill include injured players and anyone else deemed as an important piece to the team, each time you vote you are allowed to +1 player as well as -1 player. Make sure you quote the person's post right behind you, just incase two people vote at the same time, we can fix it.
Also, stolen from the Leafs board, once we get to the top 10 players, we go to +2 / -2 instead of just +1 / -1
Most people should know whats going on, but you will catch on pretty quickly. Here is the Leafs board example of how they do it, ours is basically the same
