I always forget about Michael Ryder but the guy just scores and scores and also scores in the playoffs. I'd almost say take a run at Ryder and see where that goes. It gives the Wings a scoring threat to replace Flip. He's a RW so they'll have to have the split of Datsyuk and Zetterberg or still sign another center. I dont think Andersson is capable of playing a whole year at the #2 spot.

I sort of agree, but I'd sign Ryder over Brunner if he could be had for equal or less money. But if the Wings re-sign Brunner, then we definitely don't need Ryder.
