Sorry Dude but you don't make much sense for wanting a depth forward for 5 mil.
I would rather throw the dice on young forwards we have in our system.
You think by adding a secondary scoring winger and it will help the habs to score like 20-30 more goals.
That type of thinking is like trading for Cam Talbot and thinking your going to lead the league in goals against.
One average player is not going to change much. So I would rather save the money and hope a big time play maker comes available....or hope one of our young guns can do it for 4mil less.
It is time to see if MB is building through the draft....by playing the young guns
He would be a top 6 player, do you think we are better with or without anyone of our top 6 guy?? Name them. Are we better with Gallagher or without?
For the millionth time, signing Frolik does not prevent any youngster from playing.
We have more than enough space on our roster to include young guys. Heck, last year we had youngsters that were terrible offensively in DLR and DSP and they still got to play.
So if Scherbak is doing good things offensively, and producing, he will play here, even if we have Frolik.
