Still haven't ironed out what playoff traditions I'm going to pull out this year. Man am I excited for tomorrow. I wonder how Hak will shorten up bench

So I'm new and slightly more than half stoopid. Is this the appropriate thread for a Flyer fan to talk poop on the pens and blouses game?

Have to play disciplined. NHL made it very clear tonight that the refs are not going to let them play like in playoffs past. With the caps power play we got to stay out of the box. That being said I'm hyped! Hoping we steal game one and really put the pressure on them early in the series. We know how the caps deal with pressure...

It's not going to happen but I would really like to see Laughton in for Gagner...I just think it would help a huge amount vs a team like the Caps since Gagner is so one dimensional

I hope this is an epic series!

I also hope that Mason pulls a 2010 Halak because we are going to need him to pull games out on his own and hopefully steal a series or two like Halak (four would be nice too..lol) . It is also cool to have Neuvy backing him up...he can steal games as well and might want to stick it to the "Saps"...

Tickets punched to the dance for: Gostisbehere, Cousins. This is a good good thing. Let us rejoice and sing hymn 925, O Lord, Vivisect Tom Wilson.

I'd rather have Laughton take the place of Vande Velde on the 4th line LW
The flyers need goal scores not that Gagner lights up the world or anything but atleast we would have a chance to score a few more goals. Vande Velde is a defensive foward and the flyers already have couts Bellmare Down the middle. Let's Go Flyers for ED

My lines would be
Line 1 LW Schenn C Giroux RW Gagner
Line 2 LW Raffl C Couts RW Simmons
Line 3 LW Voracek C Cousins RW White
Line 4 LW Laughton C Bellmare RW Reid

1st D LD Schultz RD Streit
2nd D LD MacDonald RD Gostisbehere
3rd D LD Medvedev RD Gudas

Healthy Scratches: Vande Velde, Umberger, Weal, Manning, G Lyon, (G Emery< N/A playoffs)
IR List: Del Zotto
Also I would recall from Lehigh Valley, Mark Alt and Oscar Lindblom to put the roster at 27 active players 1 injured reserve and 1 ineligible for playoffs
Total Roster would be at 29

This is going to be a long day... I hope to see Beast Mode Giroux tonight.
Winning tonight will give this team a huge boost of confidence in this series.
Get it done boys, for Mr. Snider!

Giroux's span of playoff performances have been nothing short of amazing. It astonishing that people still down him, even some of our own.
