[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

We saw Fleury wasn’t there during warm-up and that’s when we knew Zatkoff would play.
We wanted to get as many shots on him as possible, but anyone who’s in this league is good enough to play.
He was their backup goalie all year. It’s not like it was some guy up from the minors who never played before.
We had respect for him, and I thought we did some good things, but we made too many mistakes.
- Derick Brassard

Regardless of their goaltender, what stings is that we talked about doing the job against their top line and we didn’t get it done.
You can’t allow five goals and expect to win a playoff game.
- Derek Stepan

That shorthanded goal against was definitely a turning point in the game. Made the comeback even harder.
I do know we have quite a few guys that have to play better than they did. It’s obvious we’re going to need to play better as a team.
- Alain Vigneault

Rangers will win this one.

I'm expecting a low scoring, tight, game. Rangers win 2-1 or 3-2 in OT.

Goals from Nash and Klein if 2-1. Add Brassard if 3-2.

Girardi has been a warrior for this organization..
I'm glad he got the respect of calling it an injury. His play the past 2 years or so shouldn't diminish the fact that he played well for so long for us throughout the time we sucked till we were good.. He gave his body to torts and not his body is falling apart. He's lost it. But he's still a good person and should be treated as such.

Wait are you saying nash might actually have a game winning playoff goal?

It's also possible that he is indeed human and at some point he could not power through massive accumulated injuries.

Now I might be wrong. Perhaps AV just didn't want to let the fans know that he thinks Girardi sucks. But I'm still sticking to my belief that AV seriously doesn't give a **** about a theory concocted on the blogs, so Girardi might indeed be finished.

Just got engaged today. Skipping this one. I'll be damned if I let these bozos ruin my day. Will be rooting to tie the series in spirit.

LGR!
