[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

It’s a loss. That’s what hurts right now and is disappointing.
We’ve just got to look at some tape tomorrow and try to improve and get better for the next one.
It’s not going to be easy. They’re a good team. They battle hard, they rely on skill when they have to and they have good goaltending.
So, overall, it’s a good match-up. It’s a tough challenge for us, but I think we can come back here and win the next one. That’s going to be our goal.
- Henrik Lundqvist

When he’s seeing it, he’s stopping it.
We have to find a way to get real aggressive in front, get real hungry, and get one through.
- Ryan McDonagh

This is a results’ oriented business and you can play real well and do the right things with and without the puck at both ends and through the neutral zone.
You expect St. Louis to find the back of the net. You expect Nash to find the back of the net. You expect Brassard to help those two guys and himself find the back of the net.
But the quality of the goaltending we’re seeing and the quality of defensive play from both teams, they’re not a lot of Grade A chances.
- Alain Vigneault

Basically a must win game. Score some goals! Hopefully AV made some line tweaks.

Feeling good. I think the offense breaks out. My coworker called it 4-1 for us and he's got a good gut on these things.

Win the game, and come home with a chance to take the lead. Only way to look at it.

The Caps have taken their game away, they're going to have to adapt. Crash the net, make it hard for Holtby and take the beating that will follow. Of course they could just call it a series and go home, it's up to them

Real nervous about this one. We have been the better team in every game and we are still down 2-1. Hoping they don't pick tonight to have a dud. Score early and dont let the Craps fans get into the game!

Keys to this victory are face offs and power play. These players need to keep moving on the PP, get in front of the net, stop looking for the perfect pass and get shots. Gut check time! Now lets win this!

If there is a MUST WIN game, this is it. Lose, and it could be all over on Friday. I don't even want to think about it.

Please take away Holtby's eyes, get him moving side to side and don't let the Caps block as many shots as they have been.

Above all else: Please win!
