Get that Swedish flag off.

Going to be terrible. 5-1 Russia. But it is nice consolation for them after Sochi.

Semi final? And whats up with the swedish flag?!

In all seriousness though, Russia will destroy us.

If the Finns can get the "I don't give a damn attitude" and can play without pressure again, it will be a fun final. But IMO the russian team is too skillfull against us. Rinne needs to be on fire.

Finland puts all their players in net, Russia remains scoreless. Finland wins in OT after taking the puck out of their pocket, dropping it in front of the net and scoring behind Russian goal.

Russian players slaps Jori Lehtera, causing Pekka Rinne to fall backward from the obvious blunt force trauma. Enacting the quick Russian-Bear-possum play dead approach where Zaripov and Ovechkin cry about a phantom call. Refs give everyone 5 minutes for boarding.

Finns forget they win the gold. Too busy trolling the internet to mention they win.

My prediction.

2 - 0 For Finland, Rinne with +30 saves, goals will be scored by Palola & some random player on empty net, mark my words.

2 : 0 finns, they score first and as always successfully smother all russian attempts to score with good goaltending and defense oriented team play.
they always beat us when it matters, always.

I think we will blow them out of the water tomorrow, and then Tretyak will be pounding his chest for the next year: "look, we are the best"

Nope, do you remember semi-final two years ago in Helsinki? I remember. Russia destroyed Finland.

Rinne's performance and the ability of russian superstars to stay cool under Trollmarov's pressure will decide the winner.
